GRAND MERCURE YOGYAKARTA is a five star hotel located in the heart of Yogyakarta featuring 144 rooms and suites, one grand ballroom, 6 meeting rooms,� one restaurant and one bar.
Grand Mercure Yogyakarta is a boutique style hotel, dating back to the� early 1900s and aiming to offer very personalized service to his guests.

We are looking for a EAM who will be in charge of all the operational aspects of the hotel and more specifically of the Food and Beverage Department.

Job Profile / Description :
� Long experience in Food & Beverage Department ( F&B Service) including banqueting
� Good managerial skills, team player, analytical abilities and sense of initiative
� Excellent organizational skills with an eye for details

Job Specifications :
� Assist the General Manager in Food & Beverage where and when the need may arise
� To manage and direct a team essentially oriented towards customer service and satisfaction
� Sets standard of product and service in Food and Beverage Department
� Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly applied
� Ensure that the hotel keeps a good image at all times (hospitality rules, cleanliness, etc)
